Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Buyer", or "Seller") and Arabia Mart ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing your use of the marketplace available at market.snapcredit.cash and any related services, features, or content we provide.

By creating an account, placing an order, or listing a product on Arabia Mart, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, buyers, and sellers who access or use the platform.

To access features such as placing orders, saving wishlists, or managing a seller store, you must register for an account. By registering, you confirm the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or possess valid legal parental or guardian consent.
• All registration information submitted — including name, email, and phone number — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You will immediately notify Arabia Mart of any unauthorized access or security breach affecting your account.
• You will not share your account with any third party, nor allow others to use your credentials.

Arabia Mart makes every effort to display product specifications, photography, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, the following conditions apply:

• Currency: All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD - $) and are inclusive of standard applicable fees and sales tax where required.
• Stock Availability: Products are subject to real-time stock availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
• Authenticity Guarantee: All branded products on Arabia Mart are 100% genuine and sourced through verified distributor and seller networks.
• Price Changes: Arabia Mart reserves the right to update product pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
• Promotions & Discounts: Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specific terms, time limits, and eligibility requirements as stated at the time of the promotion.

When you place an order on Arabia Mart, the following applies:

• An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful checkout.
• Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Tabby, Tamara, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Delivery is available across all seven Emirates in the UAE. Estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
• Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Express options may be available on select items.
• Arabia Mart is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, public holidays, or carrier disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Customer satisfaction is central to Arabia Mart. Our return and refund commitments are as follows:

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel any order free of charge at any time before the item has been dispatched from the fulfillment warehouse.
• 14-Day Return Window: Unused items in original sealed packaging with intact tags may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery for a prompt full replacement or refund.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain categories including personal hygiene products, perishables, and digital downloads may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

Sellers registering on Arabia Mart agree to the following obligations:

• List only genuine, accurately described products. Counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented goods are strictly prohibited.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and promptly update listings to prevent overselling.
• Process confirmed orders within the agreed dispatch timeframe stated on their seller profile.
• Respond to buyer inquiries and customer care escalations within 24 hours on business days.
• Comply with all applicable UAE commercial, consumer protection, and import/export regulations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Arabia Mart platform:

• Using bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any automated tools to extract product data or catalog listings without written authorization from Arabia Mart.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions, identity theft, or unauthorized use of another person's payment method.
• Interfering with, disabling, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to Arabia Mart's servers, databases, or security systems.
• Posting false, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content in product reviews, ratings, or seller feedback.
• Listing or selling prohibited items including weapons, controlled substances, or items that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or account limits imposed by Arabia Mart.

All content on the Arabia Mart platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product photography, website design, user interface elements, and proprietary software — is the exclusive property of Arabia Mart or its licensors and is protected under UAE and international intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Arabia Mart content without explicit written permission.
• Sellers retain ownership of their own product images and descriptions, but grant Arabia Mart a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content on the platform.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or reviews you submit to Arabia Mart may be used by us for service improvement without compensation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Arabia Mart and its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
• The conduct, products, or services of third-party sellers operating on the marketplace.
• Inaccuracies in user-submitted product information, reviews, or ratings.

Arabia Mart's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Arabia Mart is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with applicable UAE data protection regulations. Our collection, use, and storage practices are fully described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

• We collect only the personal data necessary to provide our services (e.g., name, email, delivery address, phone number).
• Your data is never sold to third parties. We may share data with trusted logistics and payment partners solely for order fulfillment.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

Arabia Mart reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. When significant changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
• Send a notification to registered users via email or in-platform notification where the changes materially affect your rights.
• Provide at least 7 days' notice before significant changes take effect, where possible.

Your continued use of Arabia Mart after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
